Description provided to Penn Foundation

According to a document I have seen for the first time the following was the synopsis of my case from MCES.

[direct quote from document at Penn Foundation]

Presenting Problem

Client was brought to MCES by the Police for writing in his computer it was time for his ex-wife (he is separated) to die.

Police were tipped off by ex-wife.

Client thinks ex-wife is tapping into his computer. MCES diagnosed client with psychotic disorder NOS.

MCES - Montgomery County Emergency Services
NOS - Not Otherwise Specified

BY THEIR OWN SYNOPSIS, THERE IS A HUGE CONTRADICTION. WHY WAS THIS NOT IMMEDIATELY NOTED AND INVESTIGATED? I was involuntarily committed based on this information. Why were doctors and technicians at MCES unable to see the contradiction in the situation and offer immediate assistance instead of psycho-pharmaceutical medications? I never took any of the medications prescribed at MCES as the medications prescribed by the doctors were never discussed with me
