Call for Records

Called MCES requesting a copy of my file.
Asked for and spoke to Christine. She in turn transferred the call to ext 160 (Medical Records)
I left a message on that voice mail (Farrah) requesting a call back regarding obtaining copies of records and indicating I would be intereasted in driving to MCES to retreive the file when available.

Farrah called back and will provide a copy of my file. Going there now (4PM) to retreve it. It will include the report from Officer Dougherty with the reason for the 302 - Involuntary Commitment.

Call from Helene

Helene has a hacker friend who has a found the program to hack into WebWatcher. This should allow me to turn off the program - and likely identify the person who installed it.

Working on the details of the file transfer - either online or by hand. Helene flies in on Thursday.

Called Chiquita

Called Chiquita asking for Sterling's phone number.

Coincidence

Called John and just mentioned yet another coincidence.

Officer Dougherty reports to Lt. Mark Houghtaling. I am fairly certain that Lt Houghtaling is the brother-in-law of Ed Weideman.

Waiting for a phone call

Not one phone call has been returned yet today.

I have called the Montgomery County DA's office.

I have called Detective Richard Marsh.

My lawyer Sarah Armstrong has yet to return a phone call. Last I spoke to her I was begging her to prevent me from being locked up at MCES Bldg #50. Why has she not yet called?
Based on their statement, it appears that I've already spent $2370 with them. (Statement thru July 31, 2007)

$450 of which was expenses for Michael Yanoff. Michael Yannof was the attorney who refused to contact MCES to state that he was a lawyer on my criminal case involving computer monitoring.

Tuesday, August 14, 2007

My brother John is contacted by Montgomery Township Police for allegedly harassing my 19 year old son after he has a breif conversation with him from his car in the parking lot of the Outback Steakhouse.

Description provided to Penn Foundation

According to a document I have seen for the first time the following was the synopsis of my case from MCES.

Presenting Problem

Client was brought to MCES by the Police for writing in his computer it was time for his ex-wife (he is separated) to die.

Police were tipped off by ex-wife.

Client thinks ex-wife is tapping into his computer. MCES diagnosed client with psychotic disorder NOS.

NOS - Not Otherwise Specified

BY THEIR OWN SYNOPSIS, THERE IS A HUGE CONTRADICTION. WHY WAS THIS NOT IMMEDIATELY NOTED AND INVESTIGATED? I was involuntarily committed based on this information. Why were doctors and technicians at MCES unable to see the contradiction in the situation and offer immediate assistance instead of psycho-pharmaceutical medications? I never took any of the medications prescribed at MCES as the medications prescribed by the doctors were never discussed with me

Penn Foundation

I arrived for my appointment and began the paperwork. At 3:00 PM, I met with Marge Kalb. This appointment for me was made pursuant to my court hearing which resulted in my release from MCES.

This session was primarily a form filling session to get paperwork and family history in order.
There was one very revealing document presented by Marge. When I asked for a copy, she refused. When I asked to hand copy the text of one paragraph she initially did not wish to allow it. When I asked her to re-read it and indicated that there was a great contradiction in the statement she agreed to allow me to copy the text word for word. This text appears in the next post.

The session ($35) went very well. Additional appointments were made with Marge and also with the Dr Koziupa.
